This part discusses why Sabr for the sake of Allah can only be attained by means of Sabr from Allah. It also sheds light on the correct meaning of an important Hadeeth that is often misunderstood - or deliberately distorted - by deviant groups and sects. Just as Allah’s approval and contentment is the reason for why a servant remains steadfast in his or her duties, Allah is also the means by which a person remains steadfast. Hence, in this context, there are two forms of Sabr: Sabr for Allah and Sabr through Allah.
